On September 14th 2015, in Phu Tho, The Department of Developing market and the ministry of Science and Technology – People’s Committee of Phu Tho Province have held the Developing Technology Market Conference.

Until September 2014, there were 133 science and technology businesses were given the certificate, 20-30 more were waiting for approval. These businesses will operate on their own, using their capital, or with the help of institutes, universities, other businesses to come up witha new technology. The funding will come from the government’s budget. In specific, the government focuses on developing science and technology businesses in 2 major cities: Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
