Osculati is the biggest marine device company in Italy, and one of the biggest marine device companies in Europe.

On June 23rd 2014, at Osculati’s headquarters in Milan, Mr. Federico Parinello – Osculati sales executive and Mr. Nguyen Kim Son – James Boat chairman had discussed about cooperating in the distribution and sales of their products in Vietnamese market. Both parties agreed to authorize James Boat to be the exclusive distributor of Osculati’s products in Viet Nam.
